MOPSlcdSE (KONTRON)

The MOPSlcdSE runs with the STPC Elite with 100 MHz - fanless - no moving parts. With 100/100 faster than 133/100 - full synchronous mode! A highly integrated chipset features up to 32 MByte SDRAM SOLDERED (Graphics version) - that means no moving parts and enhanced system reliability. The graphics engine is the SMI LynxEM+ with dedicated 2MB VRAM for CRT & LCD. A special feature is the JIPA2-Interface for instant Panel adaption. A watchdog timer and a real-time clock are standard features. The board comes complete with 2 x USB, 2 x COM, LPT, FDD, EIDE, Keyboard and PS/2-mouse connectors. Due to the used SMI graphics controller especially future proof and therefore securing already done investments into the application. A non graphic version is offered as the standard product MOPS/SE - with 16 MB soldered SDRAM onboard. All MOPS PC/104 boards are Plug&Work compatible, which considerably reduces the time to market. All MOPS PC/104 provide the same pinout for keyboard,COM1 and COM2,44pin IDE, 2xUSB, LPT as well as LAN. This is the common MOPS-family feature,which eases the upgrade ability enormously within the Kontron MOPS PC/104-products.
